    We are a family business established almost 4 years in the fruit and vegetable industry and can promise our clients the very best possible produce and service, without compromise.     How do I become a client of Holland Bazaar?

    Once you have applied to become a customer of Holland Bazaar, you will be issued with an account number for all future orders and communication. You can apply to become a client of Holland Bazaar by calling us on 020 8887 9999

    How do I place an order with Holland Bazaar?

    Once you are an approved customer of Holland Bazaar, you will be issued with a customer account number for all future communications with us. You can then use this account number when placing an order. We offer 4 ways to order for our customers:

    • 24hour AnswerPhone: 020 8887 9999 Orders for same day delivery must be placed by 1am
      Please clearly state your customer account number slowly and clearly. Without this you may not receive your delivery
    • Fax Order Form: 020 8807 3168 Orders for same day delivery must be placed by 1am
    • E-Mail Orders: orders@hollandbazaar.co.uk Please state your Customer Account Number in the e-mail subject field. E-mail orders must be received by 1am
    • Online: Log-in below with the username and password issued to you on Account approval.

    Our office team are available for orders in the day time. After 5pm Monday – Friday it is imperative that you use our Answer Phone service for any orders.

    Can I order over the phone?
    Of course. Our customer service department are open from 7am – 5pm to take order by telephone. After this time we ask that you use our other forms of ordering as detailed above.

    How often can we have delivery?
    We arrange delivery from Monday to Saturday. We can arrange Sunday delivery on special arrangement.

    Where do you deliver?
    We deliver for FREE across London. Some areas are restricted by order volume, but if you’re unsure why no not give us a call and let us know your requirements.

    What if I want to make multiple purchases, but to different addresses?
    No problem. But each location will be given an account code that must be used when ordering as this helps our drivers and also our accounts team when it comes to invoicing.

    Is this a permanent contract?
    None of our customers are in a contract unless otherwise agreed.

    When will we be invoiced?
    You will receive your invoices at the end of every month. Our credit clients receive a 7 day credit facility * subject to credit checks. Other credit terms are available upon request.

    As we offer a monthly invoice system, we believe the 7 day credit term to be fair and expect all clients to pay promptly. Failure to do so may result in the deliveries being stopped until the account is settled in full.

    What payment types do you accept?
    We accept payment by cheque, BACS and credit card.

    Cheques should be made out to Holland Bazaar.

    Our BACS details are available by calling 020 8887 9999.

    Card payments can be made by telephone via our customer services team on 020 8887 9999.

    Where do you source your produce?
    We have a facility in Tottenham, North London where we source the very best possible produce available from all around the world. We also try hard to support British farmers and work closely with local growers.     I’m not happy with my delivery
    We operate a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. If for whatever reason you are dissatisfied with your fruit, we will be more than happy to offer you an alternative or full refund. Please keep the offending produce so that we can collect it for our quality control officer.
